Earlier this month, Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly found himself on the other side of the firing line for having used the term “wetback” in a discussion about illegal immigrants on his nightly program, “The O’Reilly Factor.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Al-Arian indictment is 120 pages long, is supported by 40 wiretapped phone conversations as well as other physical evidence, and looks hard to beat. The man hasn’t been convicted, but it’s not looking good for him.
