Not many, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unstrung.com\/document.asp?doc_id=173367\">AT&#038;T is adding 3,000 jobs<\/a> to expand its 3G network:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Despite a capex cut of up to $3 billion this year, AT&#038;T Inc. (NYSE: T) made it clear today that it intends to spend to improve and expand its 3G network &#8212; adding 3,000 jobs in the process to support &#8220;mobility, broadband, and video.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This comes on the heels of an announcement last December of a cut of 12,000 jobs, so it&#8217;s not quite as against-the-grain as it might seem.
