I’ve always thought Eugene Volokh was weird. I saw him on a teevee show once where he did a lot of twitching and I wouldn’t be surprised to find out he’s got some sort of electronic device implanted in his skull that simulates human thought. He’s posting on Huffy Puffy now along with Diane Keaton and crazy Jim Lampley so off to the bone pile with him.
These Hollywood people have no perspective.
I find it difficult to believe that’s really Eugene Volokh.
He covered that, er, issue much more in the way I expect him to on his own blog.
I suspect the Huffington people of thinking that is in some way a funny joke.
The Huffy Puffy seems to have a weird effect on its contrubutors: everything they post reads like a parody of itself.
There must be something in Arianna’s special Grecian Formula that does that.
