The Constitutional Right to Commit Voter Fraud

Powerline has the story on a Clinton judge’s Sunday night ruling enabling Democrats to steal Ohio. It’s on, folks: they’ll stop at nothing to steal this election.

  1. Let me re-phrase your entry here:

Powerline is whining about a has the story about a judge in the Federal system who ruled against voter intimidation in Ohio. It?s on, folks: Ohio is going to be won without voter intimidation.

  2. I like my wording better, fascist pig dog. Democrats do not have a constitutional right to fraud, no matter what the New York Times tells you.

  3. The two rulings weren’t on the same question. The good judge simply ruled that pollworkers have the final say on eligibility, while the Clinton judge said that pollwatchers aren’t even allowed inside the building. The Clinton ruling has been appealed, of course.
